  • How do I begin my journey?
    Head over to the Meal Plans page and subscribe to our 3 day plan or try a one-off sample box. Choose your favourite options from our store, tailored to fit your lifestyle. We offer balanced meals for both lunch and dinner, and if you’re feeling extra hungry, a Ping meal can be the perfect pick-me-up for breakfast, especially before or after your morning workout.
  • Can I explore the menu?
    Absolutely – you can explore our full menu here. We regularly update it with new options every 2-3 weeks to keep your meals exciting and varied.
  • How many meals can I order?
    We currently limit you to 6 meals in our 3 day plan, so we can deliver these fresh without you having to freeze them when we delivery weekly. If you want more meals than what our 3-day plan offers, write in to us at info@eatping.com directly.
  • How many meals do I get in each plan?
    You get 6 meals under our 3-day plan and 4 meals in our Sample Box. Feel free to enjoy them at your own pace—whether it's two meals a day or more, the choice is yours! Need more than 6 meals on the 3-day plan? Just drop us a message at info@eatping.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.
  • How does your monthly subscription work?
    Our 3-day plan gives you a weekly delivery of meals, with a minimum of 2 weeks subscription. You can update menu choices before each delivery, or we'll send your previous selection. If a menu item is unavailable, we'll notify you to choose a replacement.
  • How much do each meals cost?
    Our meals range from £8 to £10, depending on whether or not you add a protein boost, offering flexibility to suit your taste and budget.
  • Can I try a sample before I subscribe?
    Yes! We offer a one-off sample box with 4 meals for anyone who wants to give us a try. You’ll get the same delicious meals as our plan members, but with limited customisation options for the sample box.
  • Can I add more protein to my meals?
    Absolutely! You're in full control of your meal. Want more protein? Just hit ‘protein boost’ on any meal to upsize it by 25%. Need an even bigger kick? Head to the ‘additional portions’ section on our store page and add your favourite protein to your rice box for a roughly 50% increase. And feel free to mix it up—your extra protein doesn’t have to match what’s already in your box.
  • What is the cancellation notice?
    We're sorry to see you go! But we'll need two weeks of advance notice before you cancel your plan.
  • Can I customise my meals?
    Got specific nutrition goals? We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re low-carb or looking for higher calories, you can easily customise your meal. Swap your base for our low-carb option or choose a ‘protein boost’ to upsize your meal. And if you want more? Add extra portions of veggies and protein to your weekly orders—it’s all about making it work for you.
  • How do you keep my food cool and fresh?
    Every meal is carefully packed with special ice packs and insulation, making sure your food stays cool and fresh until you’re ready to enjoy it at home
  • Is the packaging safe for the oven or microwave?
    Yes—our meals are designed for your convenience. Just remove the lid and place the meal in the microwave for a hassle-free reheat. The food can also be steamed, but the texture of some of the mains may change
  • How will my meals be delivered to me?
    We partner with DPD for deliveries. On the morning of your delivery, they’ll send you a text with the estimated arrival time and tracking details, so you’re always in the loop.
  • Which areas do you currently deliver to?
    We can deliver anywhere to the U.K.
  • What are the delivery costs?
    Enjoy free deliveries for the first order. After that, you'll need to pay a delivery charge of £7.5 for the 3-day plan
  • When are your meals best enjoyed throughout the day?
    We recommend having these meals for lunch or dinner, but the choice is entirely yours. Many of our customers love them as a mid-morning boost after a tough workout or even as a late-night snack while relaxing with some TV or gaming.
  • What is the macronutrient and nutritional information per meal?
    Our meals are thoughtfully crafted to suit your individual needs, with calories ranging from 300 to 700 per meal. For detailed nutritional information, please check out our menu page here
  • What if I have allergies or intolerances?
    Currently, we’re unable to cater to specific allergies or intolerances, but we’re working towards offering these options in the near future. Your well-being is important to us, and we hope to accommodate your needs soon.
  • Is any of your food deep-fried and does it have preservatives?
    No, we’re dedicated to using only natural, fresh ingredients and healthy cooking methods. That means no deep frying, no excess salt, no preservatives, and no MSG—just wholesome, nutritious food you can trust.
  • Is your meat Halal?
    Yes! All of our meat and fish are halal, so if you are our Muslim customer, you can enjoy our meals within your beliefs.
  • How should I reheat my meal for the best results?
    For the freshest taste: Microwave: Heat your meal for around 3 and a half minutes. If you’re enjoying rice, add a sprinkle of water to keep it moist. And always remember to remove the lid before heating! Steaming: Steam at 180w for about 3 minutes for an even heat-through. If your meal is frozen (we don’t recommend freezing, and there is no need under the 3-day plan), move it to the fridge the night before. Then, follow the reheating instructions on the label for best results.
  • How long does your food last for?
    We recommend enjoying your meals within 3 to 5 days of delivery if you're not freezing them. If you do freeze the meals, we suggest eating them within 2 weeks for the best quality
